Purchase Protection is a service offered by Purchase Protection LLC. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event. Purchase Protection does not apply to, and will not reimburse, merchandise purchases and charitable donations. Purchase Protection fees will be charged as a separate transaction. Any changes made to your order will not change the amount covered in this agreement.

FAQ

  1. Acts subject to change without notice. Event held rain or shine.
  2. All campers, guests and ticket holders are required to check in at the Ticket Booth to receive their wristbands. Gates open on the first day of the event & daily at 10am.
  3. Nightly rates for camping reservations include 2 adults. Additional guests are $15 per person per night. Guests will need to call or email the office ([email protected]) in order to add guests to their sites & pay. All guests (camping or coming in for the day) are required to purchase admission to the event for each day they are on the grounds. (Once you are on the property, you are in the event).
  4. We ask that you notify the office about additional guests on your camp site in advance of the festival this allows for faster & more efficient check ins at the gate.
  5. Tickets will be available for purchase at the Ticket Booth the day of the event.
  6. The venue is BYO seating.
  7. Hand held coolers and pets are welcome. Pets must be leashed at all times.
  8. Children 12 & under are free.
