The Bill Monroe Bluegrass Festival will begin Wednesday, June 11th, and continue through Saturday, June 14th. Gates open 9am-10pm daily. 

***PLEASE NOTE: Festival Passes do NOT include Camping Reservations. You must reserve your Camp site or cabin separately.***

**All guests are required to purchase admission to the event for each day of camping, and/or each day they are on the property. If you are in the Campground, you are in the event.***

FAQ

  1. Acts subject to change without notice. Event held rain or shine.
  2. Gates/check in hours are 9am - 11pm daily. 
  3. Guests are welcome to bring their own golf cart (golf carts ONLY - side by sides, UTV's four wheelers are NOT permitted). There is a $10 fee to bring your own golf cart, copy of insurance and waiver are required. 
  4. All campers, guests and ticket holders are required to check in at the Ticket Booth to receive their wristbands. 
  5. Nightly rates for camping reservations include 2 adults. Additional guests are $15 per person per night. Guests will need to call or email the office ([email protected]) in order to add guests to their sites & pay. All guests (camping or coming in for the day) are required to purchase admission to the event for each day they are on the grounds. (Once you are on the property, you are in the event).
  6. We ask that you notify the office about additional guests on your camp site in advance of the festival – this allows for faster & more efficient check ins at the gate.
  7. Tickets will be available for purchase at the Ticket Booth the day of the event.
  8. The venue is BYO seating.
  9. Hand held coolers and pets are welcome. Pets must be leashed at ALL times.
  10. Children 12 & under are free.
